Silver Spring Camera Club, Nora School and Wider Circle partner for Help Portraits

The Silver Spring Camera Club collaborated with Nora School to participate in shooting Help Portraits at a Wider Circle in Silver Spring.  Help Portrait is an international organization (http://help-portrait.com/) that offers free family portraits to families that are unable to afford a professionally produced photograph.  Along with staff and students from Nora School, SSCC members came out in force to support this worthwhile community event.  We provided two photo studio setups, photographers, image retouch services and an onsite photo booth so the families could leave with a small fun picture before receiving their family portrait.

Thanks to SSCC members Jack Dunham, David Blass, Catherine Honigsberg, Gene Luttenburg, Dave Powell, Tanya Riseman and Mark Paster for all the help they provided shooting, setting up and helping each other.  Special thanks to Dave Mullen for organizing the entire event!
