From your PSA Club Rep, Loretta Argrett

Our club is an organizational member of the Photographic Society of America (PSA), a worldwide, non-profit organization for photographers of all skill levels “to learn, share, compete, and enjoy photography more.“   There are numerous PSA Club membership benefits including, for example, technical services such as information on selection and calibration of digital projectors; camera club membership help; a monthly PSA Journal; camera club management help; opportunity to participate in inter-club competitions each year; and being part of a network of camera clubs, chapters, and councils.

PSA also offers membership to individuals.  To these members it provides services and activities, including for example:

  • “use of the PSA logo” on a member’s personal website and his or her                                   business cards
  • free on-line study groups and image evaluations
  • photo galleries; juried competitions
  • discounts on photography products and services
  • free mentors
  • free photo travel planning services from a PSA member who has traveled to the area of a member’s planned trip

Annual dues for an individual member are $45 (Journal access on web), or $60 if you prefer to receive the Journal in print.
