Committee Chair Reports:
Secretary: Catherine read the highlights of the February Meeting
Treasurer: Bruce reported we have 79 members vs. 95 last year, 10 of which are new. Our income is projected to be $3,225 versus $4,030 last year at this time. Our expenses are projected to be $1,652 versus $2,426 last year with the biggest difference being rent paid last year. We are projecting a profit of $1,075 for the year.
Vice President: Dennis Freeman gave an updated presentation on on-line payment methods He found a new software that makes the form easier. We are using Square and Jot Form which is free.
Other Reports:
Programming: Our April speaker is donating 3 prints.
Nominations and Elections Committee: Bruce will make calls and and post in the CR and email blast.
Competition: Norm is to send a report on all the points earned. Y/E is June 10th. Larry will write up what is needed for collection of the Y/E competition.
