Treasurer: Actual Income is $3,235 and expenses are $1,825 with a current operating positive cash flow of $1,410. We have 69 members of which 6 are new. Last year at this time, we had 77 and 8 new.

The Down rigging Sultana is this weekend.
Phil had a question for the 12th – would we like Baltimore RR museum or the Air and Space museum. The RR museum was chosen.

MPA is sending out a survey about Hybrid meetings
Lisa will send out our survey about meeting in person. Lisa will also attend a hybrid camera club meeting and send out an email to schedule a call to ask some questions regarding hybrid meetings from other clubs.
We will also find the list of equipment need to run a hybrid meeting.

A Constitution Review Committee was formed with Tanya Riseman, Dennis Freeman, and Norm Bernache. This committee will review the proposed changes made previously for adoption.
