Committee Chair Reports:

Treasurer: Voted to prepay the insurance renewal for three years. 

Other Reports:

Cable Release: The September issue is half done and the handbook is complete. 

Nominations and Selections Committee:  No responses from inquires. 

Field Trips: Hold off on scheduling for Jan – May.

Competition: We will change the date of the April competition because of Passover.

Membership: A social is scheduled for September, and the membership letter went out. 26 members have signed up, including 4 new members. Dennis will send out a survey about meeting in person.

Other Topics:  

We decided to pass on the Esdrass talk hosted by the NIH Camera Club 

We need to put the Constitution on the agenda and Larry will send it to me.
