Approximately a 1 hour 30 minute drive from the Hillandale Shopping Center carpool location.
From York: Take Hwy 30 East. Turn right off the Hellam exit of Rt. 30 East. Continue 1/8th of a mile to Rt. 462, turn right. Continue 1 mile, turn right onto Shoe House Rd.
After the Haines Shoe House we will go to the Weightlifting Hall of Fame, about 16 miles away (Google Map and Directions):

From the Haines Shoe House take Ridgewood Rd to PA-24 N in Springettsbury Township
6 min (2.8 mi). Continue on PA-24 N. Take Emig Rd to Board Rd/Grumbacher Rd in Manchester Township 10 min (5.1 mi). Turn right onto Board Rd/Grumbacher Rd.
Destination will be on the left

Meet at the northeast corner of the parking lot of Hillandale Shopping Center at 9:30 a.m.:
From New Hampshire Blvd (650), take Powder Mill Rd. to the first entrance on the right and into the lot, then an immediate left and park at the top of the lot, (catty-corner from Unique Thrift Store and opposite from Domino’s):

Overview:
Haines Shoe House is the only “Shoe House” in America! There is also a dog shoe house to see!
As a bonus, we will also see: The Weightlifting Hall of Fame and Museum in YORK! It has 8,000 square feet of the space; it is housed in the first floor of the York Barbell corporate headquarters. You can even try lifting the barbells!
